Affordable – Each customer’s budget and needs are considered carefully by our planning team, and we work to provide affordable solutions.  Our Connected Move Plan covers moving or other expenses when selling a home, and Senectus provides complimentary, in-depth planning consultation with a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Elder Law Attorney (together valued at $750).

  • Elder Law – Complimentary consultation provided by a Certified Elder Law Attorney to determine need for wills, trusts, advance directives, VA or Medicaid planning, or other Estate Planning or Elder Law needs.
  • Real Estate – Complimentary Realtor consultation and preparation advice, offering proven systems for every detail of a home sale, purchase or lease.
  • Move Management – Free estimate provided by a Senior Move Manager with a full service relocation company.  Services available included packing & unpacking, logistics, liquidation of possessions, home preparation, planning, & coordination.
  • In-Home Assistance – Companion services, transportation, household management services provided by established, reputable home care agency.
  • Senior-Housing Selection and Placement – Professionals narrow the search, attend tours, and provide in-depth guidance on the various types of senior housing options.
